Job summary

Tech Aalto in Singapore is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain solutions for a Case Management Platform. The role requires hands-on Salesforce development experience and the ability to deliver scalable, secure, high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Salesforce development and administration experience.
• Hands-on with Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
• Familiarity with Service Cloud and Public Sector Solutions.
• Proficient in Git/GitLab; knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions for a Case Management Platform.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Tech Leads, Business Analysts, Product Managers, QA, and UX Designers
• Translate user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications into working solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, development, testing, and deployment
• Perform unit testing, support SIT/UAT, and resolve defects
• Troubleshoot issues across Salesforce environments and ensure platform stability
• Support deployments across development, SIT, UAT, staging, and production
• Follow GitLab version control and CI/CD deployment processes
• Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment notes, and operational playbooks
• Continuously improve performance, maintainability, and user experience based on Salesforce best practices
