Job summary

TECH AALTO PTE. LTD. is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain a Case Management Platform in an agile environment. The role emphasizes hands-on Salesforce development with an emphasis on secure, scalable solutions.

You will work with Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations to connect Salesforce with external systems, while collaborating with architects, product managers, and QA. Experience Cloud exposure may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Salesforce development and administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, and Salesforce Flows/automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Salesforce solutions for a Case Management Platform.
• Configure Service Cloud and Public Sector Solutions, with possible Experience Cloud exposure.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Tech Leads, BAs, PMs, QA, and UX Designers.
• Translate user stories into working solutions and participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Perform unit testing, support SIT/UAT, and resolve defects.
• Support deployments across environments and maintain documentation.
