Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction or facade industry.


• Prepare compelling quotes and proposals to secure new contracts and drive business growth.


• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.


• Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to support informed decision-making.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the construction or facade sector


• Deep understanding of local construction regulations, market dynamics, and emerging industry trends


• Exceptional ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, negotiate contracts, and build long-term partnerships with clients


• Strong communication skills, capable of delivering compelling proposals to diverse stakeholders.


• Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continuously identifying new opportunities.


• Skilled at working closely with design, engineering, and project management teams to align business development efforts with technical solutions


• Proficiency in MS Office
