Job summary

CHINA HARBOUR (SINGAPORE) ENGINEERING COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Head of Business Development to steer growth in Singapore’s construction sector.

You will lead strategy and execution to align with corporate goals and win major private and public sector projects. You will identify opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and government bodies, and drive market research to inform strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement is a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Having main contractor experience in the construction industry is preferred
• Strong leadership and senior stakeholder management capabilities.

  Minimum 20 years in business development within the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  Strong understanding of construction contract types, procurement processes, and industry regulations.

  Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and work cross-functionally.
