HSBC Corporate and Institutional Banking, including Global Payments Solutions, is seeking a Sales Manager to originate opportunities and deepen relationships with regional treasurers, CFOs and key influencers across Asia-Pacific. You will navigate complex stakeholder structures to deliver cross-border payments solutions.

You will lead pipeline development, forecast accurately, and collaborate with Global Relationship Bankers to grow share of wallet.

Qualifications

• Experience managing regional or multinational client relationships across cash management and transaction banking.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities with treasurers, CFOs and senior decision-makers.
• Strong commercial and risk judgement with the ability to shape value propositions and close opportunities quickly.
• Collaborative skills across Coverage, Product, Implementation and Service teams for joined-up execution.
• Analytical comfort using data to drive account strategy and track outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Originate new-to-bank opportunities and deepen existing relationships with regional treasurers, CFOs and key influencers.
• Accountable for portfolio financial performance with cross-country execution and product partnerships.
• Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline with planning, deal structuring and forecasting.
• Lead and support senior sales leads in delivering GPS sales strategy for RTC clients across large corporates.
• Partner with Global Relationship Bankers to ensure seamless client coverage and expand share of wallet.
