Job summary

HSBC Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager, Content and Proposal Management within Global Payments Solutions. You will lead the development of compelling proposals and client narratives, working closely with Sales, Product and Client Management teams to communicate the value of cash management solutions.

The role requires strong project management, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across regions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cash management and/or transaction banking is preferred.
• Experience in proposal writing and sales content development is an advantage.
• Excellent project management with proven regional/global delivery ability.
• Mandarin language ability is advantageous for North Asia markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end content and proposal development with cross-functional teams.
• Manage timelines, deliverables and stakeholder reviews.
• Edit and polish sales materials for accuracy and persuasiveness.
• Ensure content adheres to processes, compliance and risk standards.
• Maintain proposal content, templates and reference materials.
• Leverage research and market insights to enhance content.
