Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales experience, with government/enterprise exposure a plus.
• Proficient in English, with strong communication skills.
• Strong MS Office skills for reporting and proposals.
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations and pitches.
• Hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM.
• Technical hands-on experience in IT services delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify selling possibilities through market research and needs assessment.
• Seek new sales opportunities by covering territories, networking, and social media.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns.
• Deliver presentations with confidence, detailing products and services.
• Create reviews and reports including pipeline data for cadence.
• Forecast sales closure probability considering numbers, headcount, and training.
• Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences as needed.
• Negotiate and close deals; handle objections when they arise.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, support, partner alliances, and marketing.
• Gather customer feedback and share it with internal teams.
