Job summary

GREENPHYTO PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Marketing and Sales Executive to expand our distribution of fresh vegetables into FMCG retail and foodservice channels.

You will develop sales pipelines with supermarkets, distributors, and partners, and build strong relationships to drive repeat business. This role requires 2–3 years FMCG sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure timely

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience in FMCG, fresh produce or food-related industries.
• Proven track record in account management and business development.
• Strong network with supermarkets, distributors or foodservice operators is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales pipelines with major supermarket chains, distributors, and foodservice partners.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat sales and long-term partnerships.
• Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth of our FMCG channel.
• Represent the brand professionally at trade fairs, in-store promotions, and customer meetings.
