Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer | Account Manager (PCB | PCBA | EMS) to drive regional sales across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. The role combines technical sales with account management in a fast-paced electronics environment.

You will engage customers on PCB/PCBA solutions, prepare quotations, and coordinate with engineering and production teams to meet delivery and quality goals. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential for regional communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development in electronics.
• Strong technical understanding of PCB/PCBA and EMS processes.
• Ability to interpret Gerber files, BOMs, and technical drawings.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin for customer communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow customer accounts across Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
• Develop new business opportunities within PCB, PCBA, EMS, OEM and related electronics industries.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial terms; manage the sales process from enquiry to order fulfilment.
• Engage customers on technical requirements and provide suitable PCB/PCBA solutions.
• Work closely with internal engineering, production and supply-chain teams on feasibility, pricing, quality and delivery.
• Travel within Southeast Asia for customer visits and business development when required.

Job description

• Position: Senior Sales Engineer | Account Manager (PCB | PCBA | EMS | Regional Sales)

• Location: Jalan Bukit Merah, Singapore

• Working hours: 5 days | Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to S$7,500 basic + 14 days annual leave + S$200 annual medical benefits + Variable Bonus subject to company performance

Requirements

• At least 3 years of B2B sales or business-development experience in PCB, PCBA, EMS, electronics manufacturing, electronic components or a related industry.

• Good technical understanding of PCB construction, SMT/PCBA processes and manufacturing requirements.

• Able to interpret Gerber files, BOMs and technical drawings.

• Comfortable engaging both purchasing and engineering stakeholders.

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to handle business correspondence, quotations, service updates and follow-up communication with an existing group of customers who primarily communicate in Mandarin.
