Job summary

Furla Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a brand ambassador to deliver exceptional in-store experiences for every customer.

You will embody Furla values, elevate service, and drive premium experiences that translate into sales. As a key part of the team, you will develop product knowledge, assist customers with styling, manage CRM sign-ups, and uphold visual standards. Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in luxury retail or premium brands.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Experience in luxury sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong client relationships and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

• Create positive experiences for customers in store showcasing Furla merchandise and driving conversion resulting in sales
• Drive sales through a variety of measures including average sale, multi-sale rate and category contribution
• Achieve personal sales targets and personal sales statistic targets

Customer Care & CRM

• Welcome all customers ensuring a positive experience
• Build and foster genuine long-term relationships with our customers
• Process customer repairs with strong attention to detail and effective communication
• Assist/Support the resolution of any customer issues or complaints
• Actively contribute to the CRM system and meet CRM signup targets

Product Knowledge

• Become an expert across Furla Products, Colours, Categories and Seasonal Collections
• Familiar with product functionality to be able to educate and demonstrate to customers

Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation

• Contribute to the store upkeep to ensure it presents beautifully and in-line with our VM Guidelines
• Continuously follow product presentation standards are maintained at all times
• Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping are met both on and off the sales floor
• Ensure reserves are orderly and maintained to protect the product and enable efficient stock management
• Consistently seek process improvements and implement best market practice

Skills/Experience

• Minimum 1 year’s experience within the Retail industry in a similar position
• Demonstrated experience working towards sales targets and KPIs
• Familiar with premium and luxury sales is advantageous
• Client focused and enjoys building strong relationships
• Polished presentation with exceptional communication skills
• Positive team player who thrives on achieving team goals
• Ability to multi-task and work towards deadlines
• Contributes to a positive work environment
• Multilingual is advantageous
• Immediately available candidate is highly preferred
