Job summary

Furla Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a brand ambassador to create exceptionally positive experiences for every customer in store, embodying the Furla values and standards. You will drive sales and deliver outstanding service while upholding our premium brand image.

The role focuses on luxury product knowledge, CRM engagement, and in-store presentation. You will build lasting relationships with clients, contribute to store visuals, and collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and uphold

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year’s experience within the Retail industry in a similar position.
• Demonstrated experience working towards sales targets and KPIs
• Familiar with premium and luxury sales is advantageous
• Client focused and enjoys building strong relationships
• Polished presentation with exceptional communication skills
• Positive team player who thrives on achieving team goals
• Ability to multi-task and work towards deadlines
• Contributes to a positive work environment
• Multilingual is advantageous
• Immediately available candidate is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Create positive experiences for customers in store showcasing Furla merchandise and driving conversion resulting in sales
• Drive sales through a variety of measures including average sale, multi-sale rate and category contribution
• Achieve personal sales targets and personal sales statistic targets
• Welcome all customers ensuring a positive experience
• Build and foster genuine long-term relationships with our customers
• Process customer repairs with strong attention to detail and effective communication
• Assist/Support the resolution of any customer issues or complaints
• Actively contribute to the CRM system and meet CRM signup targets
• Become an expert across Furla products, colours, categories and seasonal collections
• Familiar with product functionality to be able to educate and demonstrate to customers
• Contribute to the store upkeep to ensure it presents beautifully and in-line with our VM Guidelines
• Continuously follow product presentation standards are maintained at all times
• Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping are met both on and off the sales floor
• Ensure reserves are orderly and maintained to protect the product and enable efficient stock management
• Consistently seek process improvements and implement best market practice

Key Responsibilities

Sales
