Job summary

TEKISHUB CONSULTING SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Senior Enterprise Software Specialist (L3) – Ivalua to design, configure, implement and maintain enterprise Source-to-Pay solutions.

You will be a hands-on Ivalua expert guiding delivery teams, translating requirements into configurations, and supporting UAT, deployment and ongoing platform governance to ensure secure, scalable procurement capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Source-to-Pay, procurement solutions or related enterprise software delivery.
• At least 1 year of hands-on Ivalua configuration experience.
• Ivalua work experience is mandatory.
• Possess a valid Ivalua L3 certification, such as Ivalua Certified Functional Specialist or Ivalua Certified Technical Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes including RFx, Contract Management, Supplier Onboarding, Procurement and Invoicing.
• Experience in requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, UAT and production implementation.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop and maintain solutions on the Ivalua platform based on business and technical requirements.
• Serve as an Ivalua platform specialist and provide technical guidance to project and vendor teams.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of Source-to-Pay and procurement solutions.
• Translate business requirements into appropriate system configurations and technical solutions.
• Support procurement processes including RFx, Contract Management, Supplier Onboarding, Procurement and Invoicing.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment and go-live activities.
• Review technical deliverables and configurations to ensure compliance with established development and platform standards.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical analysis and resolution.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the delivery of large-scale and high-availability enterprise solutions using Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Contribute to platform best practices, documentation, technical standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure solutions comply with applicable security, data protection and governance requirements.
