Job summary

TEKISHUB CONSULTING SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Enterprise Software Specialist (L3) focused on Ivalua and low-code engineering to lead complex Source-to-Pay implementations.

You will configure, customize and optimize the Ivalua platform, provide technical leadership, and collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors to deliver scalable, high-availability procurement solutions in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Source-to-Pay, procurement technology or procurement solution delivery.
• At least 1 year of hands-on Ivalua configuration experience.
• Ivalua work experience is mandatory.
• Valid Ivalua L3 certification, preferably Ivalua Certified Functional Specialist; or Ivalua Certified Technical Specialist
• Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay and procurement processes including RFx / Sourcing / Contract Management / Supplier Onboarding / Procurement / Invoicing
• Experience across the full solution delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, UAT and go-live
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale and high-availability technology solutions
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and vendor teams

Responsibilities

• Review configurations and technical deliverables to ensure compliance with platform standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical recommendations and resolutions
• Collaborate closely with business users, product owners, project managers, technical teams and other stakeholders
• Support the delivery of scalable, reliable and highly available enterprise solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement of platform development, configuration and operational practices
• Deliver solutions using Agile methodologies such as Scrum

We are looking for an experienced Senior Enterprise Software Specialist (L3) - Ivalua / Low Code Engineer to join our team in Singapore.

The successful candidate will serve as a technical specialist for the Ivalua Source-to-Pay platform, providing hands-on configuration expertise and technical leadership across solution delivery. This role requires strong practical experience with Ivalua and a solid understanding of procurement and Source-to-Pay processes.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors to ensure platform solutions are designed, configured and delivered according to technical, functional and quality standards.
