Job summary

NCS Group in Singapore is seeking an experienced E-Procurement (Ivalua) Solution Architect to lead delivery, pre‑sales design, and tender support for Government, Telecommunications, and Enterprise clients across Singapore and Australia.

As an Ivalua Solution Architect, you will design, implement, and deliver procurement solutions, align with client requirements, and mentor delivery teams while collaborating with regional delivery centers to ensure project success.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience implementing Ivalua (preferred) and e-procurement solutions.
Minimum 8 years hands-on experience implementing e-procurement solutions such as Coupa, GEP, Zycus, SAP Ariba, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Ivalua procurement and supply chain solutions for Government, Telecommunications, and Enterprise clients.
Develop architectural documents, solution designs, and technical specifications delivering measurable business value.
Configure and customize Ivalua modules (Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Procure-to-Pay, Spend Analysis).
Lead technical workshops with client teams to gather requirements and validate designs.
