Job summary

You will analyze dental condition data, support EPIC-driven quality tracking, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive improvements in clinical pathways and outcomes.

The role emphasizes data governance, quality management, and clear communication in English, with opportunities to contribute to audits and process redesigns within a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient safety and clinical quality
• Proficient in MS Office applications; basic statistics
• Exposure to data visualisation tools such as Tableau would be an advantage
• Experience with the EPIC system would be a positive consideration
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Assist and support development, implementation and monitoring of indicators for dental conditions under AVBC programmes
• Facilitate discussion with stakeholders on improvements in clinical pathways and outcomes through data analysis
• Provide administrative support to the Chair, AVBC Committee
• Support the transition to EPIC system, including data collection processes, data validation and indicator identification
• Involvement in Risk and Quality Management functions
