Job summary

National Dental Centre of Singapore Pte. Ltd. invites applications for the Senior Executive, Risk & Quality Management role.

You will assist in developing, implementing and monitoring indicators under AVBC programmes, supporting data-driven improvements in dental care and patient safety. You will coordinate with the AVBC Chair and stakeholders, support the transition to EPIC for data collection and audits, and contribute to risk and quality management activities across the department.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient safety and clinical quality improvement in healthcare or analytics.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with data visualisation tools like Tableau is a plus.
• Experience with EPIC system is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the development, implementation and monitoring of indicators for AVBC programmes.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders on improving clinical pathways and outcomes through data analysis.
• Provide administrative support to the AVBC Chair.
