Job summary

The Institute of Mental Health (IMH) in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager to support Clinical Governance & Quality. You will focus on data management, analytics, and policy support, working closely with senior management and clinical leaders to drive quality and safety initiatives.

You will develop dashboards, perform statistical analyses, and contribute to accreditation efforts, including JCI and MOH licensing, in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a hospital setting.
• Proficient in Statistical Process Control methodology, Microsoft Office (Excel) and Python.
• Strong in numbers with ability to present high-level statistical reports and in-depth analysis.
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the PRISM system, including incident screening, testing, troubleshooting and configuration.
• Provide secretariat support for the Clinical Audit & Documentation Standards Committee and assist with audits and data analysis.
• Analyse near-miss events; prepare summaries, learning points, and nominations for Good Catch Awards.
• Apply SPC methodologies to analyse data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
• Design, develop, and implement automated dashboards and reports for monitoring clinical quality and patient safety initiatives.
• Support hospital accreditation activities (e.g. JCI, MOH) and audits.
