Job summary

DBS Bank is seeking a driven Product Manager to own the CASA platform, drive transformation, and optimise customer and employee journeys across deposit products. The role focuses on platform ownership, governance and technology enablement within DBS Asia Central.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives with Technology, Operations, Risk and Compliance to deliver strategic platform enhancements, ensure operational excellence and regulatory adherence in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in banking, product management, platform management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of deposit products, banking operations and technology systems.
• Proven track record leading platform enhancements, system implementations and process improvement.
• Experience in investigating and resolving production issues through stakeholder management and RCA.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across multiple functions.
• Meticulous with a strong focus on execution and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Drive the deposits product proposition through CASA across roadmaps with Product, Operations and Tech teams.
• Lead CASA product investigations into production incidents and defects with Technology and Operations.
• Act as CASA product owner to champion governance of platform stability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements to strengthen operational efficiency and governance.
• Map and optimise end-to-end customer and employee journeys across digital, branch and assisted channels.
