Job summary

SGB is seeking a Product Manager to own the platform and client-facing products for banking solutions. The role focuses on back-end and front-end systems to deliver attractive, scalable, and compliant products for retail and corporate clients.

You will collaborate with developers and vendors, ensure regulatory alignment, and drive end-to-end product delivery across multiple teams, including compliance and risk, to enable a smooth rollout and adoption.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of product manager experience in domains such as card, payment, FX, AML or antifraud.
• Experience in vendor solutions and vendor-related projects.
• Comfortable discussing technology design with developers or vendors.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, user-centric tech solutions.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design of platform and client-facing product solutions.
• Research and evaluate new technologies and vendors to support innovation and improved customer experience.
• Ensure adherence to cybersecurity, information security policies and regulatory standards.
• Support product implementation with development teams for timely delivery.
• Manage discussions with vendors on solutions.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate preventive or corrective actions.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, risk and business teams for compliant technology delivery.
• Participate in product testing, rollout planning and user training.
