• Advanced command of operational and risk data and credit concepts.
• Design operating models and controls across markets and regulators.
• Influence senior stakeholders through evidence and credibility, not authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or business field; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational plans, processes, and controls aligned to Risk Control priorities.
• Own the most complex, cross-market risk-operations problems end to end.
• Enhance policies, processes, and products on improvement projects within the domain.
• Run deep analysis shaping decisions on loss, approval, fraud, and cost-to-serve.
• Influence Product, Risk, Compliance, Data, and Engineering without formal decision authority.
