Job summary

You will negotiate with major partners, drive cost and monetisation strategy, and raise standards for analytical and negotiation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• MBA or equivalent Master's is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in payments or strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own a broad payment partnership portfolio across multiple markets and segments, shaping terms, incentives, and partner mix.
• Shape Traveloka's payment cost and partnership approach alongside product and finance leadership.
• Lead negotiations with major banks, schemes, and fintechs to secure win-win agreements.
• Build analytical and negotiation standards for the wider team through expertise.
• Influence enterprise decisions on payment methods, pricing, and partner mix using data-driven analysis.
• Drive operational excellence in partnership execution so payments launch faster, cost less, and perform better.
