Lico Resources is partnering with a leading financial institution to recruit a Risk Control specialist (AVP/VP) for its Risk Management team in Singapore. The role is hands-on, second-line, focusing on counterparty credit oversight, collateral and margin adequacy, and crisis readiness.

You will monitor macro and market developments, assess how shifts affect counterparties and firm exposure, and report findings to senior leaders and risk committees.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, risk management or related field.
• 7+ years of work experience, with at least 3 in a relevant risk area.
• Strong understanding of macro events and counterparty risk translation to firm risk.
• Excellent written and presentation skills for management and committees.

Aufgaben

• Oversee counterparty risk and monitor credit health of institutional counterparties.
• Review exposures, liquidity, funding and concentration risks continuously.
• Assess collateral/margin adequacy and test during volatile periods.
• Contribute to risk limit setting, scenario analysis and stress testing.
• Prepare committee papers and participate in risk policy reviews.
