Job summary

Citi in Singapore seeks a Senior Vice President, Cross-disciplinary Controls, to lead a large team in optimizing risk controls and driving enterprise risk management. You will influence senior stakeholders, ensure policy adherence, and coordinate issue management across the function.

The role requires deep knowledge of Citi’s risk framework, strong leadership, and the ability to deliver clear, data-driven risk reporting to executives and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or other control-related functions in the financial services industry.
• Expert knowledge in Citi’s Policies, Standards, and Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction through a large team of professionals and/or junior managers.
• Drive optimization and efficiencies in projects and oversee governance committees.
• Assess risk and strengthen controls with policy-driven improvements.
• Coordinate issues with key stakeholders and report on control effectiveness.
• Drive execution of Enterprise Risk Management Framework and ORM policies.
