Job summary

GIC is seeking an AVP, Risk Project Manager to support the Risk Centre of Excellence portfolio. You will translate business priorities into practical risk analytics solutions, owning defined projects and ensuring disciplined execution with governance and adoption.

You will collaborate with risk SMEs, business users, technology teams and external partners to deliver measurable outcomes and effective controls within a global asset management framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, Information Systems or a related field.
• Typically 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in project management, business analysis, product delivery or transformation roles.
• Experience delivering workstreams within a larger programme with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Strong project execution skills including planning, requirements management, RAID management, governance reporting and delivery tracking.
• Effective stakeholder management and clear written communication; ability to engage business and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery of defined Risk COE projects or workstreams with clear scope, milestones and success measures.
• Elicit and refine requirements, user journeys and acceptance criteria with business stakeholders.
• Build integrated delivery plans, monitor progress, resources and budget; manage risks, issues and changes.
• Coordinate delivery across risk, technology, data providers and vendors; resolve blockers promptly.
• Prepare concise status updates, governance papers and decision notes for committees and stakeholders.
• Track COE KPIs, adoption indicators and realised benefits; identify corrective actions.
• Support testing, readiness, cutover coordination and post-implementation follow-up.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive change and knowledge sharing.
