Job summary

U3 INFOTECH PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced engineer to drive development and verification of RFSOI and RFSOI-3DIC platforms, new modules, and RF devices. You will engage customers to ensure new process qualification and platform setup, aligning with project goals and timelines.

The role emphasizes collaborating with customers, verifying manufacturing processes, and setting up platform structures to support ongoing product development and device optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master or Ph.D. in Physics or Electrical Engineering (EE or EEE).
• Experience in process integration; knowledge of RFSOI-3DIC process development is a plus.
• Familiarity with module development and tool usage is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop RFSOI and RFSOI-3DIC platforms to meet project specifications and performance goals.
• Design and develop new modules and RF devices to support product innovation.
• Verify and qualify new manufacturing processes to ensure quality and reliability.
• Set up new platform DSM (Design Structure Matrix) to support product development.
• Engage with customers to verify new products and incorporate feedback for improvements.
• Integrate processes and characterize devices to optimize performance and yield.
