Job summary

GlobalFoundries seeks a process integration lead to drive development, optimization, and qualification of RF semiconductor technologies. You will partner with module, device, yield, reliability, and manufacturing teams to deliver device performance and process capability enhancements.

The role requires strong analytical skills, data interpretation, and experience in FEOL integration, with a track record of leading cross-functional projects and mentoring engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of semiconductor experience with a PhD, or 8 years with a Bachelor’s/Master’s.
• Strong wafer fabrication process knowledge with FEOL integration.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical projects and drive issues to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead process integration for RF semiconductor tech development and qualification.
• Design, execute, and analyze DOE to drive process understanding and optimization.
• Collaborate with process, device, yield, reliability, and manufacturing teams to improve product performance.
• Own complex technical problem-solving with data-driven root cause analysis and robust solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical interface for internal and external customers and engagements.
• Define technology design rules, process monitors, test structures, and qualification methodologies.
• Drive innovation through novel integration schemes and process improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across programs.
