Job summary

U3 INFOTECH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a senior device engineer to drive RF-SOI process and device development, optimizing for performance, reliability and manufacturability.

You will use TCAD simulations to design innovative devices, collaborate with layout teams to tape out PCells, and perform thorough device characterization with bench tests. You'll work with RF, modeling and PDK teams to validate models, guide design choices, analyze data and implement tuning strategies to meet

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics and device characteristics.
• Hands-on TCAD process and device simulation, including calibration.
• Experience in DC or RF bench testing and characterization.
• Knowledge of RF-SOI CMOS technology development.
• Understanding RF device performance, reliability and optimization.
• Familiarity with device layout, tape-out, PCells, modeling or PDK validation is helpful.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation abilities.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive RF-SOI process and device development to meet performance and reliability goals.
• Use TCAD simulations to optimize devices and ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with layout engineers to tape out device structures and PCells.
• Characterize devices and conduct data analysis with bench-testing equipment.
• Work with RF engineers to optimize RF performance and BKMs.
• Coordinate with modeling/PDK teams for validation of models and PCells.
• Guide internal/external design teams on device types and geometries for design wins.
• Analyze performance data and implement device-tuning strategies.
• Support continuous improvement through data-driven engineering analysis.
