Job summary
Singtel Group is seeking a Manager, Rewards & Well Being to shape and deliver competitive reward programmes across Singtel Singapore and overseas entities. You will independently manage key reward portfolios and provide data-driven recommendations to People & Culture, Business, and Finance stakeholders.
You will lead salary reviews, market benchmarking, job evaluation, and the development of practical reward solutions, while overseeing benefits programmes and governance.
Qualifications
- Degree in HR, Business, Finance or related discipline.
- 7–10 years of HR experience with compensation/benefits expertise.
- Knowledge of compensation principles, salary structures and market benchmarking.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end annual reward processes, including salary review and promotions.
- Lead market benchmarking and compensation analysis with compa-ratios.
- Conduct job evaluation and job sizing for new and changed roles.
- Review salary structures and reward frameworks with business cases.
- Manage benefits and wellbeing programmes with data-driven insights.
- Develop advanced analytics and management insights from data.
