Job summary

Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment (MSE) invites applications for a role within the MSE-Finance Revenue Team to formulate, review and operationalise finance policies, procedures and controls relating to Revenue Collections and Fees & Charges.

You will lead Revenue Operations and Reporting, advise HQ and Statutory Boards on revenue matters, ensure governance for government revenue, and participate in Finance Transformation projects to drive efficiency and stronger controls across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.
• Preferably 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and writing skills, meticulous, organised, and good interpersonal/communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; data analytics and RPA software experience are a bonus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Operations and Reporting: ensure timely, accurate deposit records for government revenue and related governance.
• Fees & Charges: evaluate proposals, advise on reviews and implement new fees to ensure IM compliance.
• Finance Transformation: engage stakeholders and drive process improvements for revenue operations.
