Job summary

JW Marriott Singapore South Beach seeks a Revenue Manager to optimize room and function space inventory, develop pricing and packaging strategies, and analyze revenue performance across systems. You will influence market pricing, forecast demand, and support regional revenue initiatives to maximize RevPAR and overall profitability.

You will work with reservations, sales and IT teams to ensure accurate data, effective rate strategies, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant business discipline preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages room authorizations, rates and restrictions.
• Manages function space authorisations, restrictions and rental.
• Monitors and analyzes revenue, profit and demand for rooms and space inventory.
• Prepares forecasts of revenue, profit and occupancy for prescribed timeframes.
• Ensures branding and sales strategies are implemented across reservation and inventory systems.
