• Ensuring audit compliance and adherence to SOPs.
• Liaising with external parties on customer-related issues.
• Maintaining databases including SAP and customer portals.
• Creating staff training workflows and manuals.
• Administering EMA and MSSL compliance.
• Reviewing processes to simplify, standardize, and automate.
• Handling ad-hoc projects and assisting in new system documentation.
