Job summary

GRC ELECTRICAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a contract administrator to support overall contract management for power projects in Singapore. You will assist with cash flow forecasts, cost estimates, tender evaluation, payments, claims, variation orders and preparation of reports to approvals papers.

You will ensure that contracts are administered in accordance with executed documents and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering specialization in electrical and electronics engineering.
• Experience in engineering life cycle of Power Projects from FEED to commissioning.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in local projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal operation, M&E and Design teams for interfacing works affecting architectural items.
• Attend meetings with clients, consultants or subcontractors to discuss architectural issues.
