UNITED OVERSEAS BANK LIMITED is seeking a senior marketing leader to drive the development and execution of secured loan campaigns and branch marketing initiatives in Singapore. You will manage end-to-end campaigns, coordinate with sales, product, and segment teams, and oversee events and partnerships to boost client engagement and portfolio quality.

The role emphasizes digital and social marketing, data-driven decision making, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or Economics.
10+ years in Marketing/Communications in FI or Wealth industry or direct-to-consumer models.
Creative thinker with an eye for consumer trends and insights.
Customer-centric mindset in campaign implementation.
Strong project management in fast-paced environments with attention to detail.
Competency in integrated marketing communications including digital media.
Excellent written and spoken communication; personable and collaborative.
Strong analytical and data-driven thinking.
Able to work independently and with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of secured loans and branch marketing campaigns; drive full funnel marketing activities.
Increase awareness through strategic media buys to drive acquisition and engagement.
Collaborate with sales, segment and product teams to drive client acquisition and portfolio quality.
Manage and support branch events, sourcing partners and gifts when required.
Negotiate with creative and media agencies and other external vendors for quality execution.
Monitor KPIs, track campaigns and optimise media; manage budgets and calendar.
Understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors; communicate value propositions.
