Job summary

1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd (UOB) is seeking a seasoned Group Retail Marketing professional in Singapore to lead secured loans campaigns and the branch marketing agenda. You will drive full funnel campaigns across ATL/BTL and digital, enhancing the branch proposition to improve customer engagement.

The role collaborates with sales, segment and product teams to support acquisition, retention and portfolio growth, while managing events, vendors and budgets to hit annual goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or Economics.
• Strong communicator with collaborative style.
• Excellent project management in fast-paced, multi-project environments.
• Experience in integrated marketing communications, including digital and social media.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of secured loans and branch marketing campaigns.
• Increase awareness through strategic media buys to drive acquisition and engagement.
• Collaborate with sales, segment and product teams to drive campaign effectiveness.
• Manage branch events, including sourcing partners and gifts when needed.
• Negotiate with agencies and vendors to ensure quality campaign execution.
• Monitor and optimise campaigns and budget to meet yearly priorities.
• Understand customer needs and industry trends to deliver differentiating value.
