Job summary

University Souvenir Shop at NUS Kent Ridge is seeking a friendly retail team member to deliver excellent customer service while supporting everyday store operations.

You will engage customers, recommend suitable products, handle cash transactions, process refunds and exchanges, and maintain clean, attractive displays to drive sales and a welcoming environment for students, staff, alumni, visitors and tourists.

Job description

To deliver excellent customer service while supporting sales and daily retail operations. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming shopping experience for NUS students, staff, alumni, visitors and tourists, while supporting the day-to-day operations of our retail store.
