Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice Holdings is seeking a Restaurant Captain to lead the service crew on the floor and ensure outstanding guest experiences at Jewel Changi Airport.

You will manage queues, seating, order taking, and service flow while guiding junior team members during busy periods, in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. A strong customer focus and WSQ Food Safety Level 1 are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of as a Senior Service Crew or Captain in a high-volume F&B environment.
• Able to lead junior crew members and part-timers during shifts.
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Food Safety Course Level 1 (WSQ)
• Energetic, resilient, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure working environment.
• Strong customer service mindset with a warm and approachable personality.

Responsabilités

• Lead service crew during daily operations
• Manage customer queues and seating arrangements
• Guide customers with QR code ordering and take customer orders using tablets / POS system
• Ensure prompt and attentive service through out the dining experience
• Guide and support service crew members on the floor
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas
• Promote menu items and recommend signature dishes
• Ensure tables are cleared and reset efficiently
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address minor concerns
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards
