Job summary

NTT DATA in Singapore is seeking a Senior Associate Resource Scheduler, a developing subject matter expert responsible for the efficient allocation and management of the human resources required to deliver IT services to clients.

This role coordinates activities and resources across departments and projects of varying complexity, ensuring client expectations and contracts are met while aligning with SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related field.
• Moderate-level resource scheduling or project management experience in tech services.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supports the delivery teams by ensuring that there are adequate and competent resources available to deliver on all clients expectations and contracts.
• Identifies and assigns resources to multiple projects using internal and external resources.
• Contributes to achieving utilization team targets by assisting with the maintenance of resource schedules.
• Helps with ensuring demand fulfilment and efficiency gains through effective interaction with internal stakeholders.
• Helps with the management of resourcing conflicts and escalations in accordance with project and business priorities.
• Maintains utilization, and realization information, ensuring accuracy and timeous communication to the relevant project for consideration in project plans.
• Works closely with project teams to resolve resource-related issues that may impact SLAs.
• Coordinates with client teams to align resource allocation with their needs and expectations.
• Performs any other related task.

The Senior Associate Resource Scheduler is a developing subject matter expert, responsible for assisting with the efficient allocation and management of the human resources required to deliver IT services to clients.

This role is responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of IT services, client expectations and projects that impact one or more departments, systems/workflows with some complexity, or multiple projects simultaneously with some risk or complexity.

Key responsibilities:

• Supports the delivery teams by ensuring that there are adequate and competent resources available to deliver on all clients’ expectations and contracts.
• Identifies and assigns resources to multiple projects using internal and external resources.
• Contributes to achieving utilization team targets by assisting with the maintenance of resource schedules.
• Helps with ensuring demand fulfilment and efficiency gains through effective interaction with internal stakeholders.

Academic qualifications and certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• Project management certification is desirable.

Required experience:

• Moderate level of demonstrated resource scheduling and/or project management experience gained within a technology services environment is preferable.
• Moderate level of demonstrated experience gained within a related business practice.
• Moderate level of demonstrated experience engaging with stakeholders.
