seeks a Chief Resident Engineer to oversee water infrastructure plant projects, ensuring design conformance, quality standards, and effective field engineering, inspection, and testing to meet project engineering requirements. The role involves leading a multidisciplinary site team, coordinating with Head Office, clients, and authorities, to ensure timely completion of deliverables while maintaining safety, quality, and contract compliance across complex water treatment

Qualifications

15+ years of relevant engineering experience in water infrastructure study, design, and construction.
PE registration with Singapore PE Board or Chartered Engineer status preferred.
Civil engineering degree recognised by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore.

Responsibilities

Develop, communicate, and implement the Water strategy for project management with the Project Director/Project Manager.
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary site team to ensure coordinated project delivery.
Plan project delivery by scheduling time and resources for RSS to meet milestones.
Resolve contractual issues to maintain progress and compliance.
Lead client, contractor, authority, and stakeholder meetings on technical, progress, and permitting matters.
Coordinate design reviews between Head Office and RSS team to ensure quality and timely deliverables.
Identify and resolve site issues, defects, and punch list with input from the technical team.
