Job summary

Dilningecs seeks a Chief Resident Engineer to oversee water infrastructure plant projects, ensuring design conformance, quality standards, and effective field engineering, inspection, and testing to meet project requirements.

The role emphasizes leading a multidisciplinary site team, coordinating design reviews, and addressing contractual and permitting matters to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Advanced project management capability for multi-disciplinary teams.
• PE registration or Chartered Engineer status is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, communicate, and implement the Water strategy for project management with the Project Director/Project Manager.
• Lead multidisciplinary site team to ensure coordinated project delivery and quality.
• Plan project delivery by scheduling time and manpower for Resident Site Staff to meet milestones.
• Resolve contractual issues to maintain progress and compliance.
• Lead meetings with clients, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders on technical and permitting matters.
