Job summary

DILNINGECS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Lead Resident Engineer to oversee construction and commissioning of large water/wastewater plant projects in Singapore. You will coordinate teams, ensure contract compliance, and drive timely delivery on site.

Responsibilities include QA and safety management, processing contractor claims and variations, aligning design and contractor schedules, and supervising the consultant's site team to ensure project oversight and quality.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent certificate.
• 15 years of construction experience, including at least 10 years managing large water/wastewater treatment plant contracts.
• Experience with safety, QA and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction and commissioning activities to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.
• Process contractor claims, variations, and extension of time requests to maintain contract adherence.
• Coordinate between the Design Team and Contractors to align scheduling, cost control, document management, and quality assurance implementation.
• Review and update contractor schedules to monitor project progress and cost status across all contracts.
• Manage quality assurance and safety protocols on site to uphold regulatory and contract standards.
• Supervise the Consultant's site supervision team to ensure effective project oversight and compliance.
