Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd seeks a seasoned lead engineer to manage site teams and deliver water infrastructure projects. You will drive strategies with the Project Director, plan delivery with Resident Site staff, and resolve contractual matters to ensure quality and on-time execution.

The role requires PE/Chartered status and a Civil Engineering degree, with 15+ years in water projects, preferably treatment plants.

Qualifications

Professional Engineer (PE) registration with the Professional Engineers Board Singapore or Chartered Engineer status.
University engineering degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore.

Responsibilities

Lead a multidisciplinary site team to achieve project objectives.
Develop and implement water project management strategies with the Project Director/Manager.
Plan project delivery by scheduling time and manpower to meet milestones.
Resolve contractual issues to maintain progress and compliance.
Lead meetings with clients, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders on technical, progress, and permitting matters.
Coordinate timely design reviews between Head Office Design team and site staff.
Identify and resolve site issues and punch list items with the technical team.
Act as the client’s representative on all project-related matters.
