Qualifications

Bachelor or higher degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
PE Board recognition in Singapore preferred.
Minimum 10 years' experience supervising civil/structural works in water or used water projects.
Strong communication and leadership skills for team and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead the site supervision team to ensure quality and compliance in Civil, Structural, and Building Construction works.
Support Chief Resident Engineer and Construction Manager by inspecting site works, managing contract matters, and supervising defect rectification.
Review RFIs and technical submittals to maintain progress and standards.
Assess method statements and instrumentation readings to verify construction methods and safety.
Coordinate with discipline engineers and liaise with the design team and QP to resolve technical issues.
Lead technical and progress discussions in site and project meetings with clients and contractors.
