Job summary

Kingsforce Management Services Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced senior site/project manager to lead multidisciplinary teams on water treatment plant construction projects.

You will drive planning, resolve contractual and technical issues, and coordinate between design and site teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. The role requires a Civil Engineering degree recognized by the PEB in Singapore, PE or Chartered status is preferred, and about 15 years in water infrastructure project

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Lead water project management strategies with the Project Director/PM
• Manage a multidisciplinary site team to achieve project objectives
• Plan delivery by scheduling manpower and timelines for RSS
• Resolve contractual issues to maintain progress and compliance
• Lead meetings with clients, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders
• Coordinate reviews between design and RSS teams for quality and timely deliverables
• Address site issues and defects to maintain project standards
• Represent the Client in project-related matters to ensure client satisfaction

Job Summary

Lead and manage a multidisciplinary site team to deliver water treatment plant construction projects. Drive project planning, resolve contractual and technical issues, and coordinate between design and site teams to ensure timely, quality project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop, communicate, and implement water project management strategies in collaboration with the Project Director/Project Manager
• Lead and manage a site team including Construction Manager, Contracts Manager, Resident Engineers, Technical Officers, Quantity Surveyors, Safety Officer, and BIM Modeller to achieve project objectives
• Plan project delivery by scheduling time and manpower for Resident Site Staff (RSS) to meet deadlines and resource needs
• Resolve contractual issues promptly to maintain project progress and compliance
• Lead meetings with clients, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders to address technical, progress, contractual, and permitting matters effectively
• Coordinate reviews between the Head Office Design team and RSS team to ensure quality and timely deliverables
• Identify and resolve site issues, critical defects, and punch list items with support from the technical team to maintain project standards
• Take accountability for the site team’s performance and represent the Client in all project-related matters to ensure client satisfaction

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) Singapore or Chartered Engineer status
• Minimum 15 years of experience in study, design, and construction of water infrastructure projects
• Experience managing Resident Site Staff (RSS) teams
• Experience in water treatment plants with approximately 40 MGD treatment capacity
