Job summary

KCL Consultants Pte Ltd & CS Tech Consultants & Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Resident Engineer to lead supervision of civil/structural works on our projects. You will ensure adherence to designs, safety, and client requirements.

The role requires at least 8 years of relevant supervision experience, a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, and a RE certificate (IES/ACES). You will coordinate with builders, consultants and site teams to resolve issues and prevent delays.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of supervision experience in factory or post-tensioning works.
• Resident Engineer Certificate accredited by IES/ACES is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise factory or post-tensioning works and ensure compliance with designs.
• Monitor site activities and verify method statements and procedures.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and consultants.
• Conduct quality inspections and maintain site records and reports.
• Attend progress, variation and coordination meetings.
