Job summary

CUTECH QUALITY SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced RTO supervisor to lead architectural site works across major building projects in Singapore. You will oversee on-site operations, ensure compliance, and maintain progress records.

The role requires a Diploma in Architectural or Civil/Structural discipline, extensive RTO experience, safety certifications, and the ability to work shifts. Aviation sector experience is a plus and strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience as a RTO, with at least 8 years supervising complex architectural and fitting-out works.
• Diploma in Architectural or Civil/Structural discipline from a Polytechnic or equivalent.
• BCSS Course/Certificate in Building Construction Supervisors' Safety.
• WSHMCI or equivalent safety training per Cl. 4.2.
• Familiar with codes for site supervision, quality control, safety, and reporting.
• Strong supervision and leadership skills; proactive problem solving.
• Experience in Aviation/Aerodrome sector preferred.
• Able to perform shift work.
• Experience with architectural QSS for complex roof & skylight systems, façade & sun-shading, and interior fit-outs.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience as a RTO, of which at least 8 years in supervision of works of similar complexity(architectural and fitting-out works in major building construction).
• Diploma in Architectural or Civil/Structural discipline from a Polytechnic or equivalent.
• Certificate in Building Construction Supervisors' Safety (BCSS) Course.
• Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health Management in Construction Industry (WSHMCI) and other trainings per Cl. 4.2.
• Conversant with statutory codes/requirements for site supervision, quality control, safety & health, construction administration and progress reporting.
• Strong supervision & leadership skills, proactive in resolving site issues with good team spirit.
• Relevant experience in the Aviation/Aerodrome sector preferred.
• Able to perform shift work.
• Architectural QSS: experience with complex roof & skylight systems.
• Facade & sun-shading systems.
• Partition, door/door hardware, passive fire & life-safety, waterproofing systems.
• Interior fit-out incl. internal glazing, in-situ terrazzo, custom broadloom carpet, GRC/GRG cladding, terracotta panel cladding, counters & kiosks, equipment enclosures, signage & LED screens, landscape & water features.
