Job summary

Recorded Future is seeking a Renewal Specialist to retain renewal revenue across a global customer base. You will work closely with Account Directors, Customer Success, and leadership to renew contracts and protect revenue.

The role requires 2+ years in sales or customer success, preferably in SaaS or high-tech environments. Fluency in English is essential, with multilingual capability a plus for regional communications.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years in sales-related roles.
• SaaS or high-tech sales experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; multilingual ability a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage 50–75 renewal accounts for renewal and retention.
• Meet or exceed renewal revenue targets and drive revenue growth.
• Negotiate and protect renewal revenue within assigned territory.
• Ensure on-time, accurate renewals and update Salesforce.com with progress.
• Collaborate with Account Directors, Customer Success, and partners to ensure customer success.
