Qualifications

4-8 years of Release Management, Production Support, Change Management, DevOps, or IT Operations.
Experience in Banking or Financial Services environments is highly preferred.
Strong governance, audit, risk and security controls in regulated production environments.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end release and deployment lifecycle, including planning and post-implementation support.
Review CRs for readiness, feasibility, risk assessment and rollback preparedness.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and ensure successful change execution.
Execute deployments across production, pre-production, DR, and UAT with approved plans.
Maintain evidence, logs, session recordings, reports, and audit artifacts.
Provide Level-1 operational support for incidents, failures, and recovery activities.
Drive improvement through automation, CI/CD adoption, and runbook standardization.
