Job summary

You will partner with Development, QA, Infrastructure, Operations, and Business stakeholders to govern releases, ensure production readiness, and drive continuous improvement across the Lending technology landscape. Qualifications

• 10+ years in application development with release management experience.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Experience with complex production issues and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior escalation point for complex production issues across Lending applications and integrations.
• Own end-to-end release lifecycle including planning, scheduling, deployment, and validation.
• Coordinate with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Operations to ensure release readiness.
• Govern change management and ensure releases are documented and compliant.
• Provide post-release support and continual service improvement.
