Job summary

DBS Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of insurance clients, deepen relationships, and deliver holistic banking solutions. You will drive sustainable revenue growth by coordinating across Global Transaction Services, Securities Services, and Financing Solutions, while acquiring new insurance clients.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, industry knowledge, and the ability to balance risk with client opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business or related discipline.
• Relevant financial institutions or corporate banking experience.
• Experience covering insurance companies and insurance asset managers preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of insurance clients and deepen relationships.
• Develop strategic account plans and expand product coverage.
• Cross-sell and originate opportunities across: Global Transaction Services (Cash & Trade), Securities Services, Global Financial Markets, Financing Solutions.
• Acquire new-to-bank insurance clients and expand the overall client portfolio.
• Ensure client enquiries and requests are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day account operations and problem resolution.
• Coordinate across business and support units to drive client satisfaction and successful implementation of banking solutions.
