• 20+ years of banking experience and 5+ years in a managerial role

• Good interpersonal skills to handle stakeholders across multiple departments

Responsibilities

• Implement strategic and business development requirements to establish the bank as the Preferred Bank for Personal Finance and Bank of Choice for FX services; organize execution of projects, client marketing, and business expansion to boost branch retail competitiveness
• Manage communications and reporting with headquarters; foster collaboration with group institutions and other branch departments to elevate retail products and services
• Innovate and optimize retail products; participate in design, development, launch, and promotion of retail business and products
• Lead formulation, updating, and implementation of regulations related to retail business; ensure risk compliance and AML management to support healthy growth
• Oversee departmental and branch staff management; organize various business and service training programs
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
